Unusually, Cooper King cold-vacuum distils its gin, one of only a handful of distilleries in the country to do so. This approach is perfectly suited to the botanicals extracting the most well-rounded, fresh and oily flavours.
The distillery is run on 100% green energy! This is their other carbon-negative gin, meaning each bottle removes 1kg more CO2 from the atmosphere than it emits. £1 from every bottle purchased is donated to their charity partner, Yorkshire Dales Millennium Trust, to plant 1m2 of native UK
woodland. Love it!
Founded in 2016 by Dr Abbie Neilson and Chris Jaume after a stint in Tasmania learning at distilleries there, Cooper King is based 10 miles north of York.

Our Shipping Works Differently. The majority of our products will be shipped directly from the UK distiller. This means if you order more than one product from different brands, you will receive them individually, so please don't be alarmed when only one product arrives. Our partners have all agreed to dispatch orders as soon as possible in line with our terms and conditions.
