When joining the Cocktail Life.

1. Boxes are sent out within the first two weeks of the month.

2. Payments will be on the 24th of each month.

5. Depending on the date you order, your next payment date will be scheduled for the next month your delivery is due. 

6. Cut off Date for that month's delivery is 5th of the month. Anything after will fall into next months delivery. But you won't be charged again until the next month too.

Dates are always dependent on stock levels and delivery times can differ depending on your location. We tend to see boxes delivered within 5-7 days of being posted.

If you box is damaged or contents is damaged, you must inform us straight away and attach photos of the packaging and contents broken. Please do not use any of the contents if it broken and we will work with you to get a replacement out too you soon as possible.
