I hated that when you wanted a pineapple flavoured spirit to add to your bar you either had something that just tasted of sweet caramel or fake, tinned pineapple. My Landlocked English Pineapple Rum tastes of what it is. Our delicious Landlocked Rum base distillate blended with a caramel made from sugar and pineapple juice, infused with spit roasted, caramelised pineapples. Of course a touch of de-mineralised water to bring it down to proof. 

Think of it as a deep, roasted pineapple flavour with a dark almost bitter edge from homemade caramel that ads intensity and balance. If you don't like lots of flavour, this isn't for you, perhaps stick to vodka.
